1. Overview & Legal Entity

This website is operated by Imperra LLC, doing business as CozySip. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Imperra LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from our parenting and baby care collection, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. General Conditions & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Our Service is intended for use by parents, guardians, and adult caregivers. While our products are designed for the benefit of infants and children, the Service and purchase platform are not directed to children under the age of 13, in compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).

3. Product Safety & Medical Disclaimer

The information and products provided by CozySip are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Usage Responsibility: You agree to use all baby products (including portable warmers) strictly in accordance with the provided instruction manuals and safety guidelines.

• Temperature Safety: For any heating devices, it is the user's sole responsibility to test the temperature of the liquid or food on their own skin before administering it to an infant. Imperra LLC is not liable for burns or injuries resulting from improper use or failure to test temperatures.

• Supervision: No product sold by CozySip should be used without adult supervision. Small parts, if any, may pose a choking hazard.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, battery specifications, and compatibility lists. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or "Parenting Tips" provided on our blog or product pages are error-free. Variations in performance (e.g., heating times) may occur based on environmental factors, starting temperatures, and battery health.

5. Returns, Hygiene, & Safety Restrictions

Due to the nature of the baby and parenting niche, certain hygiene and safety restrictions apply to our Refund Policy:

• Hygiene Standards: For the health and safety of our community, items that come into direct contact with milk, food, or a child's mouth (such as used bottle warmers, pacifiers, or feeding accessories) cannot be returned once the original sanitary seal is broken, unless defective.

• Safety Goods: Any item that has been used in a manner that compromises its safety integrity cannot be resold and is therefore ineligible for a standard "change of mind" return.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Imperra LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of any product—including but not limited to, incidents arising from improper sterilization, battery misuse, or failure to follow safety warnings. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Imperra LLC is registered.
