CozySip Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee We want you and your baby to love every CozySip experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • The safety seal (if applicable) is intact, as we cannot accept returns on items that have been used for feeding due to hygiene and safety regulations.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items If your warmer arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at Contact@mycozysip.com. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and send a replacement out to you at no extra cost.

3. The Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our support team to receive your Return Authorization Number.

  • Step 2: Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the package.

  • Step 3: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, ShopPay, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
